After a successful career in the medical device industry, where she honed her leadership and business development skills, Noreen joined her partner, Kirk Oldfield, at IG Wealth Management in 2015. Known for her strategic insights and personable approach, Noreen excels in navigating complex planning, scenarios particularly for clients with corporations, US citizenship, large estates, or those planning for a disabled family member. She is passionate about enhancing the client experience and building lasting relationships, ensuring each client feels supported and understood.
When not working with clients, Noreen volunteers on the Board of Directors for the local retirees association CARP, enjoys quality time with her family, and can often be found playing golf, pickleball, or pool.
Kirk Oldfield
Kirk Oldfield is the team’s trusted expert in tax planning, with a career that began shortly after graduating from Brock University and launching his own tax practice. Based in Burlington, Kirk finds joy in supporting his daughter’s competitive soccer journey and playing in the local pool league. He values strong friendships and community connections, bringing that same sense of dedication and care to every client relationship.

Arnette Pinsent
Arnette is a dedicated Associate Consultant in the finance industry, recognized for her strong work ethic and commitment to client success.
